The hotel has very cooperative and sincere staff, but rooms are only allotted upon payment at check-in. The location offers good connectivity but is far from the city. Food is good and healthy, and the service is treated well with good behavior. The dining experience is average, and facilities are satisfactory.
The hotel offers extremely modest and comfortable rooms, perfect if you're out most of the day. The staff is courteous and polite, providing excellent service during my 3-day stay. The location is very good, with easy access to public services and malls, making it convenient for guests. The dining options are good, although the pricing can be higher than expected. However, the facilities are well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay overall.
The hotel offers a fast room service and perfect cleanliness, but some areas like the bathroom and toilet need improvement. It feels like the service staff are part of my family, especially Manish Bhola in the Reception Team. The location is very convenient with easy access to public services and shopping areas, although cleanliness issues need attention. The dining experience was satisfying with good food options, but the European dishes should be complementary.
